  3. Use a template to ensure all relevant tasks are completed for each client or job.
  4. Import report data from the software or manually enter it.
  5. Attach client work papers, notes or reports to the client file.

  7. Check the ATO client communications for notices of refunds, changes to PAYG instalments, payment plan reminders or other matters such as Director Penalty Notices.
  8. Send the report to the client for their review and digital signature.
  9. Once signed, lodge the report directly from GovReports.
  10. Once lodged, send the lodgement receipt and payment advice to the client.
  11. Send the tax invoice for your services to the client straight from GovReports or export the timesheet report from GovReports to your accounting software.
  12. Track client refunds or payments in the ATO Integrated Client Account, ensuring they pay on time or notifying them of any refunds due.
